MS Project Custom Chart - PERT

What is this?

A PERT chart is a powerful visual aid to help you conceptualize a time phased sequential work load comprising of individual Tasks. Each Task block clearly identifies Task details like Owner, Duration, Predecessors, Successors, Start and End Time and other user definable data that your SMI Consulting Project Manager can configure for you.

The SMI PERT charts use customized technology not available in MS Project.

These charts are printed on a plotter and are typically 36" x 120"/240" in size.
