MS Project Custom View - Estimating

The Estimating view has been created by SMI to enable you to quickly and easily capture the work (hours) and time (duration) for every Task in the plan. Seems like a daunting effort? Well, we have made this easy for you by using the effort on previous projects to provide you with a starting point for every Task with work associated to it.

Benefits: You can only manage what you can monitor. Setting a baseline work estimate at the beginning of the projct allows you to manage Tasks and Resources (employees or contractors) at a level necessary to minimize risks.
