MS Project Custom Form - SMI Earned Value
What is this?
Earned Value is a method which measures project performance by comparing work completed against work planned (at a given date in the project schedule).
What does it look like?
Why would I want this?
Benefits: If you decide to monitor your projects using the Earned Value methodology then this custom form is a valuable tool to zero in on specific Tasks where the SPI and/or CPI are out of alignment.
