Company history and overview

Founded in 1987, SMI is a privately held systems integration firm that is focused on helping clients successfully implement, maintain and upgrade JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne solutions. SMI became one of the first JD Edwards integration partners in 1992 and is recognized as a strategic implementation partner in the Oracle Partner Network. SMI is also an Oracle distribution partner licensed to sell Oracle software and technology solutions.

As an Oracle Platinum partner, SMI provides a full suite of implementation and upgrade services from project management, quality assurance assessments, business requirements, business process reengineering, application configuration, data/file conversions, interface design, development, modifications, custom reports, third party integration, project team and end-user training, documentation, AS/400, Unix and Windows technical expertise and long-term managed services support.
